Yoga Fundamentals Workshop is for ALL levels of yoga practitioners. Find a deeper understanding of basic yoga postures. Demonstrations of specific postures will be offered with detailed alignment, modifications and breakdowns. Enhance your personal practice, and learn the benefits of each pose. This workshop will specifically focus on asana postures; Warrior I, II & III, and Sun Salutations/Vinyasa, which includes downward dog, upward dog, forward fold and chaturanga dandasana. All instruction will be accompanied by a Gentle Vinyasa Practice.
