10/15/15 - 6:00a & 5:30p  (75 minutes) - All Levels Vinyasa Flow

10/16/15 - 8:30a (90 minutes) - All Levels Hatha Flow

Class Descriptions:

Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.

Power Flow - Power Yoga is definitely a more intense workout that will make you sweat, moving through vinyasa with an even faster rhythm.

All Levels Hatha Flow - Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites, focusing on increasing balance, strength & flexibility.
