The comprehensive 200-hour certification ensures a solid foundation in yoga philosophy, the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, and Yoga Asana. You'll delve into various aspects, including cueing, alignment, anatomy, and hands-on adjustments, combining the practices of classical Hatha Yoga and modern Vinyasa Yoga.
To facilitate a profound journey of self-reflection and deep expansion, our Mystical 200-Hour YTT draws upon the ancient wisdom of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel. The training is organized into four cycles, aligned with the four cardinal directions of the shamanic medicine wheel. Each direction is associated with an animal spirit.
Embark on a transformative exploration as the Wind of the South, represented by the Serpent, guides you in shedding what no longer serves you.
