Gentle Yoga in Poli Poli guided by Ashley Davis of Bad Ash Yoga on Sunday, November 19 at 8:30am. Join us Upcountry on Maui in Poli Poli for an outdoor yoga class overlooking the ocean and the West Maui mountains. Please bring a mat and any prop that you might need. This class is donation based, open to all ages and body types.

This yoga class is presented by Moku Roots of Lahaina. Moku Roots will have a donation based Brunch at 10:00am following the Yoga Class.

Join me for Yoga every Wednesday at Wahi Ho’ola in Waiehu!

Vinyasa is a stringing of movement and breath. This class will keep you moving and breathing with intellignent sequences that both empower and challenge you, synchronizing your breath to your movement to create balance in your body. Each teacher brings their own style to their class, so this class may vary in pace, focus and music. This unheated vinyasa flow class is appropriate for practitioners who are familiar with yoga lingo and have been to a few yoga classes. Ashley loves working with beginners to yoga. If you are new to yoga, let her know when you arrive. Ashley’s classes are great for ALL LEVELS and she will offer variations for all body types and skill levels.
