When it comes to teaching yoga,
I feel so blessed to be able to facilitate for School Yoga Institute. Being an alumni of the school, I relate to the students and understand the process. Continuing to share the practices with aspiring yoga teachers and yoga practitioners wanting to deepen their practice, is one of the most rewarding works I have ever been able to do. Each training is special in its own way, and the community comes together to support one another in learning, understanding, growth, transformation, breakthroughs, and so much more.
